Natalie Davitashvili

born 3 July, 1964

Natalie is a writer of fantasy fiction. Her first book, ‘The Story of Lile Iroeli’, was published in 2007. In the following year she won first prize in the ‘Golden Feather’ competition for unpublished works of children’s literature with ‘When the Winged Lions Return’, which was published in 2009. In 2011 her third book ‘In the Mist and beyond the Mist’ was published and it won the Tbilisi City Assembly Gala Literary Prize. Next book “Four Lands and Four Pillars” was published in 2012. In 2015 was published her Seventh book “Aia's Way”.

Natalia has created her own unique world. The stories of all four published books unfold within this world which, as a main rule of the fantasy genre, has a strong logic and a firm structure.
