A leaf called autumn floated gently to my side and said,

"it is me that was on the tree, as i was a sapling in its first shoot. It was me that you had rejoiced to see. now i am big and mighty and yet i am just one of me. of all that you call the shade, it is but me. i float in the gentle breeze, and know that it is the tree from where i come. and yet, the tree is me".

A breeze called zephyr lifted the leaf, and whispered gently in my ears. It said,

"I am the breeze that gives you life and the breath that you breathe. though i also am the shepherd of the clouds, i also blow in every means. i your breath and i also come as the storms and the raging seas. i am your breath and your brother and you shall always find me by your side".

A light called sunray kissed my eyes and the moon came up to me. When I could see, it was the star and the great beyond and they beckoned me. They said,

"to you we speak and and you have known - how we seek and we care. of the life and of joy, we also are the searing heat. of you we are and you of us. come back, brother - the universe awaits your return".

And then there are those wonderous silences and my petty wishes on earth. So while I write to humour and flavour my stay on earth, they and i know that what they say is true...

That is me.
