Being bullied and teased growing up, I was forced to turn inward. I discovered writing a year after attempting suicide. I was 11 years old when I began writing. And I loved it. Now I write full-time with my best friend's support. He's my husband. Together, we have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren who all call me Nana. I love that name.
