American Christian Fiction, Inspirational, and Playwright author, Anita R. Sneed-Carter, is a Texas native who has written several plays, and one Christian urban novel, (A Mini-Novel) 2010, published by The Sneed-Carter Christian Publication where she is the Founder/CEO.
