Anne Korkeakivi

Anne Korkeakivi is the author of the novels AN UNEXPECTED GUEST (2012) and SHINING SEA (2016), from Little, Brown. Her short fiction and nonfiction have been published by The Atlantic, TIME, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the Times (UK), Travel & Leisure, Ms., AD, the Village Voice, The Yale Review, The Bellevue Literary Review, The Millions, Lit Hub,and many other periodicals in the US, UK, and online, and she is a fellow of Yaddo and Hawthornden. A mother of two and native New Yorker, Anne currently lives in Switzerland where her husband is a human rights lawyer. Past homes include France, Finland, California, and New England, all of which show up in her fiction.
