Candie A. Price

A proud native of Philadelphia, PA, known as "Your PR Diva," I am the Director of Community Engagement & Communications for an educational nonprofit. I am a former 7th, 9th and 10th grade English teacher and a former Strategist and Branding Coach.

As a serial entrepreneur, I am the owner of The Candie Jar, natural body care products.

Additionally, I speak locally and nationally at women’s retreats, conferences and workshops. I have authored 2 books: First Lady: The Real Truth and He Restoreth My Soul and several ebooks. I am the former Founder/Editor-in-Chief of WOW! (Women of the Word) Magazine and have several notable interviews, including Actress Kim Fields, Bern Nadette Stanis of tv’s Good Times, Judge Mablean Ephraim, and Sherri Shepherd, to name a few.

I graduated magna cum laude and with University Honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies, specializing in Public Relations. I also hold a Masters in Christian Education and a Masters in Public Relations.
