Carman Licciardello

Born January 19, 1956 in Trenton, New Jersey to Domenic and Nancy Licciardello. When he was 20 years old he moved to Las Vegas to pursue a music career. Soon after his move to Las Vegas he attended an Andrae Crouch concert where he embraced Evangelical Christianity. From then on he has only sang for the Glory of God. He has since relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has recieved 15 gold and platinum albums and videos and has sold over 10 million records. Carman holds the record for the largest solo Contemporary Christian concerts in history. 80,000 attendees in at a Charlotte, NC show. 71,132 at Texas Stadium. Also the largest ticketed solo Christian concert with 50,000 people in Johannesburg, South Africa. He continues to be the only stadium act in Christian music history. Not only is he a singer, but he is an actor, evangelist, author, rapper, and television show host for TBN's Praise the Lord. He has written 2 novels, The Champion, based on his film, Carman: The Champion and Undefeated in Love and War which is loosely based on The Champion as well. Carman has released 25 studio albums. GMA Dove Award winner. Grammy Nominated. He has hosted his own variety series called Time 2 on TBN. He has appeared in 4 films. He currently has started a new ministry called For Real, For Now. He still performs to this day. He is a cultural phenomenon in Contemporary Christian Music. And he does it for Jesus Christ.
