Don Hutcheson

Don Hutcheson is a writer and entrepreneur who lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

He has published two magazines and built a career planning company based on his concept, The Whole Person Technology, which Dr. Stephen Covey (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) describes as “Brilliant, powerful and practical.” Hutcheson also co-authored the pioneering book, Don’t Waste Your Talent.

Some of his most meaningful experiences occurred in the field of advertising.

His ad agency, HutchesonShutze, won top creative awards at The Cannes Film Festival, The British Design Show, the CLIOs and many others. At the height of its growth, the advertising agency was purchased by OMNICOM WORLDWIDE.

Inspired by his years in the advertising business, Hutcheson wrote his first novel, Out of Fear. It is a psychological drama, in which creative superstar Will Stall-worth is ambushed by his darkest demons amidst the intrigue of the advertising world of 1984. It was released in April, 2011. Out of Fear, the screenplay, is currently being shopped. Meantime Hutcheson’s second novel, Will Wakes Up, is set for release this Fall. It continues the Will Stallworth quartette.
