My love affair with books started very young. I loved reading so much that in order to win the reading contest in 2nd grade I stayed in the library during recess. Yes, I was that girl and yes I won the contest. When I discovered self-help books I thought I'd been reborn. One book after another my life has been transformed: from the Power of Positive Thinking to The Secret and just recently The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn. Self-help books have been my saving grace and have truly helped me find the Truth.

My love of writing started early as well. A snoopy diary filled with the rantings of a love-sick second grader. Wishing one day I'd find my Johnny from Grease. I was a true hopeless romantic. My writing was more insightful than fiction. Lots of poetry and inspirational essays.

Born into a Puerto Rican Pentecostal family wasn't without its challenges. I learned to fear God, not love Him and throughout much of my life was haunted by the idea that there HAD to be a better life than the one I was living. My life had to have some meaningful purpose. In 1996 I began researching the link between Spirit, Soul and Body. Instead, I discovered the Secret to Life in 1998.

I learned that I was designed with the power to create my life and from that moment on I could never be the same. As I continued to research the powerful Laws that govern our Universe I continued to evolve and little by little my life began to show signs of progress. No more wondering, or anxiety, or low self-esteem. I got to know God for who He really is- Love. That understanding helped me develop confidence and help me achieve my heart's desires.
