Eva Brann

Eva Brann is a member of the senior faculty at St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, where she has taught since 1957. Brann holds an M.A. in Classics and a Ph.D. in Archaeology from Yale University. She is a recipient of the National Humanities Medal. Her books include The Ways of Naysaying; What, Then, Is Time?; The World of the Imagination; The Past-Present; Homeric Moments; Un-Willing; The Logos of Heraclitus; Feeling Our Feelings; The Music of the Republic; and Then & Now.
