F. (Feather) Stone:
Stone's career as a paramedic challenged her physically and emotionally. Thrust into a world of catastrophic accidents, medical crises, killers, Stone's abilities grew. In 2002, she received an Exemplary Service medal, presented by Lieutenant Governor L. Hole on behalf of HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
Stone traveled extensively with her husband and sometimes with their Shetland Sheepdogs. Her favorite was a trip on a raft down the stormy Shotover River in New Zealand. Her heart led her to participate in a Habitat for Humanity project, building homes in El Salvador (2007).
Stone has written two novels, Forbidden and, soon to be published, Kingdom of Gods (formerly The Guardian's Wildchild). A third thriller will be published in another two years.
"I’ve learned a few things in my seventy years. Thoughts are powerful. Intention is everything. Passion is the key to success."
