My children affectionately call me a T-Rex because my arms are short, and my sleeves are too long. I love my family, our Carolina dogs, and old movies--including the silent ones. Every year I wage war against insects that belong outside and not in my house. When I'm not hunting, I write, do research, and read. I'm a 30 year genealogist who knits and crochets, which is similar to writing novels. I knit tragedy to hope, sorrow to happiness, and benevolence to greed. Then I crochet yearning, passion, and love together and weave it throughout the story to create a "Happily Ever After."
