Hope D. Blackwell

Hope D Blackwell is an international evangelist, intercessor, missionary, author, and teacher of God’s Word. She has been called and anointed by God to carry out the mandate of Isaiah 61:4 to build the old wastes, raise up the former desolations, and repair the wastes cities, the desolations of many generations. She is the founder of Back to the Garden Ministries, which assists people locally and globally in becoming spiritually and emotionally stable and productive members of their society. She assists women, ministries, and pastors in hard to reach areas around the world in promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ. Hope is also the author of three “Back to the Garden” books (the man, the woman, and the marriage), The Essentials of Effective Evangelism, and her latest release (March 2012), The Purposed Woman, which is being used in women's ministries to bring healing, hope, and restoration to women of all ages, status, and cultures. Hope’s love, passion, and determination to teach and equip God’s people is fueled by her love relationship with Christ, prayer, and deliverance from many strongholds that stemmed from her youth issues including; molestation, low self esteem, teenage pregnancies, promiscuity, rape, physical & emotional spousal abuse, and divorce. Her life is a testimony of the grace and redemptive power of God and a modern day biblical story of victory through Jesus Christ. Hope is a woman of prayer whose desire is simply to love all people while accurately and precisely teaching the gospel, winning souls and making disciples. Her greatest passion is equipping people to live purposeful and victorious lives in Christ. She is a lover of people of all walks of life and loves to share with others, regardless of their background, beliefs or social status. Hope is the mother of five adult children, four sons and one daughter, and the grandmother of three. She loves to travel, meet new people, and learn new things! December of 2013 she launched www.wisdomspeaksradio.com, a new ministry internet radio platform dedicated to releasing quality Christian programming and music 24/7 whose mission is "reaching the world with the wisdom of God's Word" (Proverbs 8:1-11)
