The desire to write was a silent wish I rarely talked about. Keeping personal journals year after year to quench the desire. In my late forties, I found myself overwhelmed by life's experiences and words began to flow automatically.

This became a trigger that launched me into a new season. I’ve discovered much about myself as I explore the many aspects of writing, finding my peace within the walls of paper.

I am a self-published multi-genre author with numerous stories behind my name. To connect with my Afrikaans audience, I’ve collaborated with a few projects since 2018 and find the connection fulfilling and of great value.

In my free time, I judge stories for competitions, act as volunteer translator for the Bible application, YouVersion, is a ghostwriter and an avid reader.

My hobbies include, camping, photography, blogging and traveling.
