There has never been a time that I can't remember loving to read and write. I started writing when I was in my teens and actually had a class in school called Creative Writing. Later on during my life I had stopped writing. I was lost without my writing. I lived in Pennsylvania most of my young adult life and then moved to Florida. I didn't do any writing while I was living in Florida however. I moved back to Pennsylvania in 1998 and didn't do much personal writing again. I made several new friends during this time in my life and met my dearest friend Rose when she moved into the same apartment building as me. We both moved and still kept in touch. I would visit her often and she was always there for me when I needed a friend to talk to. I left Pennsylvania in 2005 and moved to California to marry the man of my dreams. We were going through his things one evening when I came across an old notebook from when he was in his early 20's and in that notebook was the beginning few paragraphs of what I would later turn into "Martin's Diary". The book was really fun to write and as I look back on how it came about I am so pleased that it all started from my husband's few pages in a notebook. We have been married now for almost 6 years and my husband Matthew is now in the process of writing a book of his own. I plan to make a sequel to "Martin's Diary", since our dear Martin is still adventuring in his own time and his own world. There will be other books coming to you as I work on more. Some of them will be a lot different than "Martin's Diary" is so be on the look out for them. I look forward to bringing you more reading adventures in the future.
