Maryanne received her first rejection from St. Anthony's Messenger when she was five years old. Now after working with Mother Teresa in Mexico, California, New York, India and South Africa St. Anthony's Messenger is publishing What Mother Teresa Taught Me. With Lennox Raphael she wrote Garden of Hope. Her other books are Runaways, (with Jeni Wolf) reprinted by Authors Guild in their back in print books.
