Matthew DeBettencourt

Raised in central Massachusetts, the middle of five children.

Matthew's first published work, "The Island of Time: The Journal of Randy Carr (2009)" was released when he was 22.

He currently resides in Worcester, MA and works as Assistant Manager for a community bank in nearby Sturbridge.

“Sometimes it is more comfortable to live in the past. It is where you have already been, what you already know. It is because the future is unknown that it scares us. But the future is here, and you cannot stop it. Embrace it because one day this future will be the past you may want to revisit.”
