Born Michael Trevor Sullivan on March 24th, 1986, M.T. Sullivan grew up in Orlando and Palm Harbor, Florida. From a young age, he showed considerable interest, as well as talent, in graphic art. By the age of eighteen, M.T. had won "Most Artistic" awards in both Middle and High School, as well as had two pieces of artwork displayed in the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. The success in the medium eventually earned him the Sharpe Arts Scholarship, which would last him the next four years of higher education at the University of Central Florida.

Though he sustained a love of graphic art, it eventually took a backseat to an increasing passion for acting. Having delved into the medium throughout his teenage years, both in school as well as at church, M.T. auditioned for and consequently earned a place in UCF's Theatre program. During his first year of college, M.T. wrote numerous feature length screenplays in his spare time, which after only one year, led to yet another change in focus. Officially switching from Theatre to Film, M.T. proceeded to hone his writing skills while advancing his knowledge on every aspect of Film, from conception to marketing. Four years later, in 2009, M.T. graduated from the University with a Bachelor of Film and a minor in Theatre.

Since he was old enough to comprehend the injustice of racial inequality, M.T. felt a strong desire to break harmful conventions that pigeonhole, stereotype and ultimately segregate people based on race. With the character of Slaibron, M.T. hopes to alter the common formula for racially designated character functions while representing the truth of man through diverse characters of various races and backgrounds. Art, M.T. strongly believes, is one of the key influences on our culture's perception of acceptable social conventions. As a means of ushering in harmony, artists should reveal the positive potential of true equality.

M.T. has been a featured writer for magazines Xbox Buyers Guide and God Mode. The completion of his first novel supports his undying belief that hard work and a consistent focus on pursuing God's will is the recipe for making dreams come true.

“One of the greatest, most beautiful things on this planet is open defiance of hate-inspired social conventions through tolerance-inspired relationships of those considered opposition.”
