Rasheed's first career was in media/PR and worked for the Which? stable of magazines and books. He became a media spokesman and trainer for the organisation and went on to be a communications manager within the mediation industry. Rasheed spent 5 years as a volunteer for Samaritans and served Co-Director of the Samaritans (central London Branch).
It was this period - while also pursuing a career as a singer/songwriter - on meet countless singers and entertainers who struggled with life balance, career issues and confidence he went on to re-train as a professional life coach to help them take charge of their own careers and development.
He qualified with The Coaching Academy, with whom he later served as an external trainer.
