Born shortly after World War II and developed in the 50's and early 60's. Starting out living in East Boston, Massachusetts, where the neighborhood was predominantly Italian and Spanish (from Spain). I spoke Spanish at home and Italian in the street. I only began speaking English when I went to school at age 7. I have all the cultural attitudes and attributes of a rebellious personality developed by a drive to survive and fit in. Whether that is from the common culture of the times in the inner city or the systemic poisoning that I was exposed to, remains to be answered.
Serving in the US Navy in 1966-1968, actively, I developed a discipline that has served me well over the years. I have a unique ability to reduce complex problems to basic elements and as a consequence, either completely solve the problem or begin an understanding of the problem that will lead to a solution.
Anger (not violence) has also served me well over the years. I have found that when appropriately displayed it is a very effective method of conflict resolution. Of course this is only effective when I stand in a correct or honest position of any given dispute.
I read for information and only infrequently do I read for entertainment. The most effective tool that I have found (in war and peace) is information. I believe that information can destroy a person, government or dispute faster then any bullet ever designed.
After 30+ years of investigating medicine, disease and chronic illness, I have come to a number of conclusions. First, most doctors are prisoners of their education and shackled by their profession. Second, common sense is, many times, more valid than science. Third, fifty percent of all doctors graduated at the bottom of their class, if at all. And finally, I found that not a single medical professional knew how to define illness.
After all the classes, groups, researchers, scientists and patients, I proceeded to define illness from basic principles that I had collected. This was not easy and took years but I came up with a definition that would apply to anyone, anywhere in the world.
This is not a how to, about getting healthy. Everybody tries to tell you about that. I will teach you what you already know, in a different context and you will know how to avoid illness.
Be warned now! If you choose to pay attention and learn what I teach, you will never be able to go back to ignorance.
