A profound personal transformation that began in 1999 and lasted almost two decades, has allowed me to find my authentic voice and create a whole new world for myself.
From a past where my lack of self-love - disguised as depression, anxiety, addiction, suicidal thoughts and negative thinking - created a somber and artificial reality without an easy way out, I shifted intentionally into who I AM today at 52: one who lives more and more as her authentic Self (from the ancient Greek authéntēs, “lord, master”), and a full-time giver/receiver of what I call: “authentic love and abundance".
It is from this healed, happy, and successful place, from where I offer all I have learned and love to share with those who are ready to live from their authentic Self and as a result, create and experience their own healed, happy, and successful place.
