I started writing while teaching night school electronics to electrical apprentices.I put my teaching notes into book form and was published at the first time of asking by Longman Scientific & Technical.
Since retirement I have tried my hand at writing novels as a hobby, and have currently written two of them.
Satan's Whiskers the story of my time while playing in a 60's band, and a serial killer whose murders are linked to the band.
In the late 1960's I befriended a Soviet agent in Amsterdam, who asked me to information gather on behalf of the Soviet Union.I refused but often wondered what might have happened if the agent had refused to take no for an answer, hence my second novel Weekend in Amsterdam.
