Sean Develin

Sean Develin's debut was the romantic stage play Dinner, Sex, and a Movie, published in January 2013. Seven years later he returned with Sex, Romance, and Indiscretion, a haunting tale of true love and redemption that IndieReader called “…the perfect mix of romantic and steamy.” In between the play and the novel, he co-wrote and recorded the devout Christmas carol Mary Rest Easy.

In March 2023, he released Dinner, Sex, and a Movie: A Love Story, a substantial retelling - in novel form - of the Jake and Emma romance from his original play. Since then he has resumed completion of the steamy paranormal serial Songs of Vengeance and Desire, which includes the first Kat Farraday romantic thriller Angel at Knife’s Edge.

Sean lives in West Chester, PA. He is an attorney and has run the music and arts promotion site drunkenmermaid.com since November 2003.

“Happily Ever After, if it exists, is the result of working through adversity, proving who you are as a team. It's not some magical ability to just always hit it off. The early fun in a relationship is always the best. But it's the bullshit that tears at the two of you that proves you are meant for each other.”
