Shenica N. Coleman, is the sole Author of the book titled “Ladies Rise Above Your Emotions” but is widely known for her singles "Polished" & "Me.. My soul.. & I" from the upcoming Album "Queenmenship, (Jewels)"; which are generating music waves worldwide. Like many Coleman is a woman that has met with opposition but her approach was & is to gain wisdom & therefore greater strength in knowing which of her oppositions are Self-imposed as a result of lacking mentally sound &/or healthy decisions.
