In the year of 1999, I had the honor to serve the Lord as a Ordained Minister, Missionary and Pastor under the ministry of The Universal Church Outreach,under the supervision of the Lord Jesus Christ and Pastor James Howell who has since gone on to be with the Lord . Houston, Texas.
