Étienne-Joseph-Théophile Thoré, dit William Bürger, puis Théophile Thoré-Bürger, né à La Flèche (Sarthe) le 23 juin 1807 et mort à Paris le 30 avril 1869, est un journaliste et critique d'art français, surtout connu pour sa redécouverte de Vermeer.
