Theron C. Barger

Theron C. Barger grew up in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Even as a child, he enjoyed reading horror books and watching horror shows on television. Of course, back in those days, horror was supposed to try to scare people and that's the way people liked it. Life was good.

As time passed, people began to think horror needed to become more "mainstream". The dilution of horror brought with it werewolves with no bark and vampires with no bite. Horror seemed doomed to mediocrity, no longer able to haunt our thoughts with the things we fear.

Theron C. Barger (or "Theo", to those who know him best) surveyed the horror scene with dread and leaped into action. Theo (you can call him that because, if you've read this far, you and Theo are cool now) crafts tales that harken back to the days when horror was tough, raw and had a reason to wear a cup.

“It's easy to make a bad situation worse, so try to do the hard thing instead.”
