“I dropped down on the cushion beside Lea and picked up the book she'd been reading. Turning the book over, my brows flew up as I got an eyeful of the hottie on the cover. "Wait. Is this book about aliens?"She snatched it back from me. "Yes.""Really?""But they're hot aliens." She tapped on the guy's face with one thin finger. "And he can be my ET any day.”

“Daemon snatched the yellow packages from my hands. “Oh! Books! You have books!”I laughed as several people waiting in line looked over their shoulders. “Hand them over.”He clutched them to his chest, making moony eyes. “My life is now complete.”“My life would be complete if I could actually post a review on something other than the school library computers.”I did that about twice a week since my latest laptop went to the big computer heaven in the sky.”

“I understood books. I did not understand boys—especially alien boys.”

“I think reading is sexy.” Daemon smiled at himself.My brows inched up my forehead. ”Do you now?”“Oh, yes, and you know what else I think is sexy?” he leaned forward so his entire face filled the picture and nodded his head toward me. “Bloggers like this. Hot.” Rolling my eyes, I smacked his arm.”
